Opus One: Masterwork Chorus is comprised of around 50 local singers who are not necessarily a part of the regular Berks Chamber Choir. This ensemble has a more condensed rehearsal schedule and performs more substantial repertoire of the standard choral canon. In 2016, the Opus One: Masterwork Chorus performed Mozart's Requiem at the Jesuit Center in Wernersville as part of an interfaith remembrance service for the 15th anniversary of the 9/11 terrorist attacks. Our most recent performance featured a performance of Vaughan Williams' Hodie (Christmas Cantata) at St John Baptist de la Salle in Shillington. Singers with all degrees of musical ability are encouraged to take part in the Masterwork Chorus. If interested, please contact info@opusonechamberchoir.com.
